You have 30 days from delivery to request a refund. No return shipping, no chalky-slurry runaround. If it is not for you, keep the bag on us.

How to request a return or refund

Send us an email at FormulaBlackcc@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. That is the whole process. We will reply and get your refund moving.

When you get your money back

Once your request is approved, your refund goes back to your original payment method. Everything you need is right here on the site, and we are one email away if anything is unclear.

Damaged or wrong order
