Shipping

We ship all U.S. orders via USPS or UPS from our stateside warehouse. Orders placed before 2 PM ET on business days ship the same day; everything else goes out next business day.

Shipping rates

U.S. orders over $75 ship free. Load up, save on shipping, and never run out mid-week.

Standard shipping (3–5 business days): calculated at checkout.

Order tracking

You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. If it hasn't updated within 48 hours, email us at formulablackcc@gmail.com and we'll chase it down.

Returns & refunds

Changed your mind? No worries. Unopened bags can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Just email formulablackcc@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send you a return label. Once we receive the bag, your refund hits the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If your order arrives damaged or you got the wrong product, email us a photo within 48 hours and we'll replace it or refund you, no return needed.
